Book a Reservation


Thank you for choosing us to give the best care to your four legged companion! Please use our Customer Portal to create a reservation.

DATES CLOSED (no drop-off or pick-up):

  • Thanksgiving (November 25th)

  • Christmas Eve & Christmas (December 24th & 25th)

  • New Years Eve & New Years (December 31st & January 1st)


For returning customers:

  • Click the button above and sign in with your existing email address / cell phone.

  • Click the blue “request services” to request boarding for your pup.

  • You can input the dates, add any plays, or update their information.

  • Our staff will receive your request and accept or deny depending on availability.

  • You will receive a confirmation email after our office has viewed your request.

  • If your get a notice saying that immunizations are out of date please email to nwk9.inn.spa@gmail.com

  • PLEASE ignore drop off and pick up times, our office hours are Monday-Friday 7am-1pm and 3:30pm-6:30pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8am-11am

For New Customers

  • To Make an Account with Gingr (Our Customer Portal), Press the Button Above

  • Select “are you a new customer”

  • Fill in the required information (with a red star next to it) about yourself.

  • Then press next, and fill in the required information about your pup

  • Once your account is made and set up, go to the tab “my reservations” and select “request services”.

  • You can input the dates, add any plays, or update their information

  • Our staff will receive your request and accept or deny depending on availability

  • You will receive a confirmation email after our office has viewed your request

  • Please follow up with an email to nwk9.inn.spa@gmail.com to confirm that your reservation was received and send over vaccination records

Disclaimers

  • We cannot always guarantee boarding availability. During holidays we can be booked up several months out

  • We cannot always guarantee grooming availability. Our groomers are often booked out two weeks to two months

  • We cannot always guarantee daycare availability. We are often booked out more than a week or two
